.Net Team Lead

We are here to change the world of accounting and we are looking for a talented and passionate Software Development Team Leader to join our project.

What will you do as team leader?

• the success of the team and ensure its optimal performance. Foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment in which people can thrive and work together effectively. Build strong relationships between team members, promote open communication and cultivate a culture of trust and mutual respect.
• the efforts of team members and facilitate the smooth execution of projects. Monitor work progress, identify potential obstacles or bottlenecks and proactively address them to keep the team on track.
• will actively participate in coding tasks and leverage your skills and technical knowledge to contribute to the team's results. Provide guidance, support and expertise to team members.
• and support the adoption of agile methodologies to improve efficiency and collaboration.

What will you need to be successful in our Team:

• Excellent knowledge of current .NET technologies and/or Vue.JS
• Experience as a Team Lead and managing teams
• Strong organization, communication, and planning skills
• Desirable experience working in Agile Development
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Fluent in English
