From Q-tech, we are currently looking for an AI Manager to lead the Artificial Intelligence strategy, adoption, and implementation for an international company in the cosmetics and personal care industry, currently undergoing an ambitious digital transformation journey.

This role requires a professional with strategic vision, sound technical judgment, and strong influencing skills, eager to drive initiatives with a cross-functional impact across the organization.
The position will play a leading role in identifying AI opportunities, defining priorities, leading innovation projects, and supporting teams in adopting new ways of working powered by artificial intelligence, automation, and advanced analytics.
We are seeking professionals with experience in AI, Data, Machine Learning, or Digital Transformation, who combine a solid technical background with leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
• Design the AI roadmap and coordinate active projects from ideation to implementation, participating in architectural and technical design decisions in collaboration with the Data team and external partners.
• Lead internal AI evangelization and training initiatives, driving the adoption of copilots, automations, and conversational agents.
• Collaborate with the Data Hub team to ensure alignment between AI models and the data infrastructure.
• Act as the main liaison with external technology partners, overseeing delivery, solution quality, and scalability.
• Evaluate technologies and tools (Copilot, Perplexity, Gemini, Power Automate, n8n, etc.) based on their practical applicability and return on investment.
• Define success metrics, KPIs, and monitoring mechanisms to measure the real impact of each use case.
• Foster a culture of responsible and sustainable AI innovation.
• Participate in defining architecture and key technical decisions alongside partners and the Data team.
• Between 6 and 10 years of experience in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Digital Transformation roles.
• Professional track record combining technical expertise (e.g., Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or Architect) with cross-functional leadership responsibilities or innovation project management.
• Broad knowledge of cloud ecosystems (preferably Microsoft Azure) and enterprise AI tools (Copilot, Power Platform, low-code automation solutions).
• Ability to assess and prioritize AI use cases based on ROI and technical feasibility.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences (commercial, scientific, technical, and executive stakeholders).
• Practical, results-driven mindset with strong methodological rigor and project management discipline.
• Professional level of English.
• Knowledge of automation tools (Power Automate, n8n, UiPath, etc.).
• Experience in applied AI projects within B2C, marketing, or CRM environments.
• Experience working with external partners or vendor ecosystems.
• Experience applying AI in R&D or industrial settings.
• Location: Barcelona
• Hybrid model: 6 remote working days per month
• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with flexibility
• Short Fridays and reduced working hours during July, August, and the first half of September
• Salary: Approximately €68,000 gross per year (depending on experience) + 5% variable bonus
