We are currently seeking an Application Manager for an energy global company which is fully committed to bringing their client’s innovative projects to life, breaking boundaries to accelerate the energy transition for a better tomorrow.
Working on the Real Estate, Travel, Legal and Compliance Applications portfolio you will bring a functional and methodological expertise on all digital and IT systems related topics, handling coordination between the many actors involved worldwide from Real Estate & Facilities, Travel, Legal and IDS teams.
As an Application Lead, you will gather Business requirements attached to Real Estate, Travel & Legal digital services, you will assess and advise on tooling & implementation options, supporting them and you will coordinate with Real Estate, Travel, Legal and Compliance DigiTeams and other Business teams throughout the delivery and operation of these components.
You will oversee end to end service delivery, you will coordinate with the various support and maintenance teams to secure smooth and stable operations, you will ensure a collaborative relationship with the external partners and editors contributing to the portfolio and you will be driving Solutions’ evolutions as per Digiteam processes and ITIL operations standards.
You will be one of the key ambassadors of Real Estate, Travel & Legal best practices, within DigiTeam, promoting sustainability for DigiTeam processes and infrastructures.
Professional Requirements
- 5 years of experiencein IT organizations including 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst or Application Manager. Must have the ability to lead multiple initiatives with competing priorities worldwide. Experience working with senior-level staff.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing SAAS Applications & Vendors.
- Track-record of implementations and operations involving Solutions, ETL integrations, Business intelligence and Master Data Management.
- Seasoned experience running and overseeing IT Applications Operationswithin ITIL framework.
- English Proficiency: CEFR C1 or above (or equivalent certification)
- Client Orientation and Analytical Thinking: Understands internal client needs and concerns; responds promptly and effectively; customizes services and products as appropriate. Ability to translate strategic and tactical businessneeds into tangible IT solutions. Analyzes issues and problems systematically, gathering broad and balanced input, drawing sound conclusions and translating them into timely decisions and actions.
- Digital and Technology Literacy: Demonstrates awareness of available technologies and the ability to use them effectively in the field of Data management, Business intelligence and Low code. Well versed in current technology platforms including Microsoft Office applications.
- Data or IT oriented experience with Engineering, Travel, Legal or Real Estate solutions, or work experience in Energies and Utilities field will be considered a plus.
- Communication, Interpersonal Skills and Language: Excellent oral and written communication. Drives consensus and collaboration across many Disciplines and business units; practices active listening skills and absorbs and interprets others’ points of view; generates enthusiasm.
