BI Analyst

Job Description

At Q-tech, we're on the lookout for a Data Engineer / BI Analyst with solid experience in Microsoft Fabric to join one of our top consulting clients specialized in Smart Data and BI solutions. We're looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in data engineering or BI analysis.

This is a direct hire with the client, and the role is offered 100% REMOTE from anywhere in Spain. ?

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Dataflows Gen 2).

• Data modeling, transformation, and ETL/ELT processes from multiple sources.

• Build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for business units like sales, finance, or project management.

• Optimize and implement Lakehouse, OneLake, and Medallion architectures.

• Automate and process data using Notebooks and PySpark.

• Provide ongoing support to internal users, including training and issue resolution.

Professional Requirements

Must-have requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or BI Analyst.

• Strong command of Power BI (Power Query, M, DAX, PBI Services).

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, including Data Factory.

• Solid understanding of data modeling (dimensional, logical, conceptual).

• SQL knowledge.
