The company operates as a data and innovation hub, building proprietary platforms that integrate and analyse data from thousands of pharmacies, distributors and laboratories.
They are currently building a best-in-class business intelligence platform for the pharmaceutical sector, with real impact on strategic decision-making.
They are looking to hire their first Data Analyst, a key role to lay the foundations of the data team and grow with the project.
Design and evolve data models from multiple data sources.
Analyse and calculate business KPIs: market share, penetration, rankings, sales evolution, seasonality and laboratory performance.
Create optimized datasets for dashboards, scorecards and strategic reports.
Apply statistical criteria and data normalization to ensure analytical quality.
Work closely with Data Engineering and technical teams in a cloud environment.
Bring business-oriented critical thinking, challenging results and assumptions.
Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar.
2–4 years of experience in data consulting, BI or business-focused analytics roles.
Strong SQL skills and Python for data analysis (pandas, numpy).
Proven experience working with real business KPIs.
Autonomy, proactivity and analytical mindset.
