Job Description

We are collaborating with one of the leading B2B providers of fleet management and asset tracking solutions in Europe, with over 30,000 customers and a vast network of partners across several countries.
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales team in Spain, currently consisting of 4 sales representatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with both potential and existing customers, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve our strategic goals.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet the company's goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Set sales quotas, objectives, and budgets in alignment with the company’s goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to optimize sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market outlook.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Professional Requirements

  • Proven ability to scale and lead sales teams through hiring, training, and developing top talent, as well as creating scalable processes that support team expansion.
  • Previous experience leading sales teams, preferably in the transportation and logistics sector, or in the SaaS business, will be valued.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and align the sales strategy to deliver value, improving customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Experience in leading complex negotiations and closing large enterprise-level deals.
  • Familiarity with developing and refining sales processes.
  • Understanding of sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRMs.
  • Excellent Spanish language skills and a very good level of English.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
