One of our clients, a leading independent creative agency in the Spanish market with over a decade of experience and top-tier clients across consumer goods, retail and entertainment, is looking to permanently hire their first AI Manager.
This is not a support role or an experimentation exercise. It is the agency's first strategic technical bet on AI, with direct access to leadership and real decision-making power over how technology flows across the entire organisation.
The challenge
You will be the person who decides how AI integrates into the agency's day-to-day operations. You will design the systems, choose the tools and models, make the architectural decisions and ensure the whole team understands and adopts them.
In the short term, there are concrete projects on the table: structuring the agency's internal knowledge to implement a RAG system, building an internal chatbot accessible to the whole team, managing AI licences and tools, and designing the training needed for real adoption across the organisation.
In the medium and long term, you will have genuine freedom to propose and lead more ambitious projects. There is real space for initiative here.
Conditions
The profile
We are looking for someone whose technical career has gone through two phases: a solid foundation in software or data, followed by a move into AI with real hands-on experience in that space. And who has not stopped there: someone with a global vision of how AI can transform an organisation.
This is a role with many dimensions: systems architecture, technical execution, data management and structuring, tool management, team training, strategic vision. You are not expected to be an expert in all of them, but you should have a solid grounding across each one.
We particularly value systemic thinking, genuine technical curiosity, pragmatism and the ability to work closely with senior leadership.
