They are committed to transforming the way businesses in the tourism and hospitality sectors operate, and they are seeking a talented Security Engineer to enhance their security infrastructure.

About the role:

As a Security Engineer, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding the company’s digital landscape. You will work closely with development teams to improve security measures on their Azure platform, design secure server architectures, and lead responses to cybersecurity incidents. Your contributions will include developing new security tools, managing security audits, and ensuring security is deeply integrated into every stage of the software development process.

Objectives of the role:

  • Reviewing and enhancing the security posture on Azure.
  • Collaborating with development teams to design and implement secure server architectures.
  • Responding to and managing cybersecurity incidents.
  • Creating and deploying new security solutions to address vulnerabilities.
  • Governing various security tools such as SIEM, EDR, and DLP.
  • Supporting vulnerability management and maintaining security standards.

Professional Requirements

What they are looking for:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Systems Security Engineer or Information Security Engineer.
  • Proven technical expertise in the construction and maintenance of security systems (Azure, firewalls, SIEM tools, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of network security, monitoring tools, and the overall security environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in English, capable of effective communication with global colleagues.

Offer Conditions

Nice to have:

  • Experience with vulnerability management tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable).
  • Familiarity with incident response processes and risk management.
  • Knowledge of Sec-Dev-Ops processes and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Valued certifications include AZ-500, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.
