Their digital platform connects manufacturers, suppliers, and a global network of over 250 quality experts and auditors. With more than 3,000 audits conducted across 85+ countries, they offer the most comprehensive supplier data and analytics suite in the market. Following a successful Series B funding round in September 2024, the company is now entering a new phase of growth, with a strong focus on the U.S. market.

? What are they looking for?

They are looking for a Data Engineer to join their growing Product & Tech team. You'll work closely with other data engineers and cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a robust cloud-based data infrastructure. Your work will directly support data availability, reliability, and scalability as the company continues to expand globally.

 ? Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale cloud-based data solutions critical to the company’s long-term strategy.
• Collaborate with different departments to identify data needs and deliver effective, scalable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into solid data architectures together with the Data team.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines from scratch to support a high-performing Data Warehouse.
• Operate and monitor data workflows using Dagster, ensuring stable and error-free execution.
• Set up sanity checks and alerts to catch anomalies early in both pipelines and the data warehouse.
• Continuously enhance data processes and infrastructure.

Professional Requirements

• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud-based databases like Redshift and AWS RDS.
• Solid Python knowledge, including packages for analytics, data transformation, APIs, and ML/AI.
• Proven experience building and maintaining ETLs/ELTs, ideally using dbt or similar tools.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks such as Fivetran, Hightouch, DBT, Dagster, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Experience with orchestration tools (ideally Dagster).
• Proactive, independent, and passionate about solving complex problems with simple and scalable solutions.
• Ability to take full ownership of projects from ideation to delivery.
• Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.

• Experience with RAG architectures (vector databases, LLMs, data curation workflows).
