Senior Frontend Technical Lead

From Q-tech, we are collaborating with a tech company which builds an open-source vector database with high-performance neural search capabilities, along with a managed cloud solution for enterprise use.

Their technology is at the core of modern AI infrastructure, helping companies scale intelligent applications.

We are looking for a SeniorFrontend Technical Lead with strong architectural expertise to take on a transversal leadership role.

The company is scaling rapidly and is entering a phase with significant technical challenges and new initiatives, so we’re looking for a senior profile capable of bringing clarity, structure, and architectural direction across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Frontend Guild, setting standards, shared vision, and best practices.
• Define and evolve the global frontend architecture within a monorepo.
• Collaborate with the Platform team to drive:
• modernised design system,
• migrations to public APIs,
• shared boilerplate and foundation,
• structural and performance improvements.
• Support product teams in frontend architectural decisions.
• Ensure consistency across verticals, avoiding duplication and misalignment.
• Contribute to cross-team migration and modernisation initiatives.

Professional Requirements

• Strong experience leading frontend architecture in scale-ups or complex products.
• Advanced expertise in TypeScript and React.
• Solid background with monorepos (Nx, Turborepo, pnpm workspaces).
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without formal authority.
