At Q-Tech, we collaborate with a leading company in its sector, currently at a key stage in its evolution towards a data-driven organization, to recruit a Head of Data with a strong strategic and functional vision of data.

The mission of this role is to lead the global data strategy, ensuring the quality, unification, and effective use of information as a key lever for decision-making, operational efficiency, and business profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global data strategy, ensuring a single source of truth across the organization.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and drive the performance and development of internal talent.
• Act as a strategic business partner, enabling data interpretation and exploitation for critical decision-making.
• Manage local and international stakeholders, as well as external vendors, ensuring the correct implementation of functional solutions.
• Support innovation initiatives and contribute to the launch of new products and services from an analytical perspective.
• Promote and enhance the use of Artificial Intelligence, driving the development of high-impact use cases.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading Data / Analytics functions in complex environments.
• Strong background in data architectures, BI, and advanced analytics.
• A non hands-on profile is not required; however, the ability to lead technical discussions with architecture and development teams is essential.
• Experience working in regulated environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation skills, and strategic vision.
• Languages: Fluent Spanish and English.

Education

• University degree, preferably in a technology and/or finance-related field.
• Additional training in Data, Analytics, or related areas.
