We are partnering with a growing international technology company looking to hire a Marketing Manager to lead its brand, communications, and content strategy.

This is a newly created position offering a high level of autonomy and visibility within the organization, working closely with Executive Leadership, Product, Sales, and Technical teams.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. A professional who can define how the company is positioned in the market, ensure consistency of its messaging, and at the same time directly develop content and campaigns.

This is not a role focused on managing agencies or large teams. It is a highly involved and hands-on position, responsible for building and evolving the brand, creating content, and managing the company's key communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the company's brand and communications strategy.
  • Define and evolve positioning, key messages, and value proposition.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and corporate materials.
  • Create and coordinate content for the website, LinkedIn, YouTube, sales presentations, customer success stories, and other marketing assets.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messages for B2B audiences.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and brand visibility activities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to ensure communications are aligned with business objectives.

Profile We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in Marketing, Brand, or Communications roles within B2B environments.
  • Senior profile with the ability to both define strategy and execute it.
  • Hands-on experience creating content and managing communication channels directly.
  • Excellent written communication and brand storytelling skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products or solutions and translate them into compelling customer value propositions.
  • Fluent or near-native professional English.
  • Self-sufficient, proactive, and confident identifying opportunities for improvement and leading initiatives independently.

Nice to Have

  • Experience within technology, software, SaaS, or digital solutions companies.
  • Track record of building or developing brands during growth stages.
  • Knowledge of audiovisual content production, design, or AI tools applied to marketing.
